8/12 - 8/16 Roblox Studio & Chess Week
August 12 - August 16
Jump into Roblox and explore how to use the coding language LUA to customize items. Students will take their love for Roblox to the next level with this great coding program by exploring new coding terms, and developing valuable computer literacy skills. This week students will also learn to play Chess in a non-competitive setting. And if they know how to play Chess already then join us for friendly practice games. The goal is to provide a social club with enthusiastic trainers practicing and sharing knowledge with a feeling of non-competitive camaraderie.
Students are not required to bring personal equipment or have a Roblox account (we will provide a generic account). If students decided to bring their own device, they will need Roblox Studio installed on their Windows or Macintosh computers (no Chromebook), a (free) Roblox account, and mechanical mouse.
