Refund Policy
We understand that situations may occur throughout the school-year and summer. The following policy applies to receiving a refund on your child’s enrollment in r3space.org after school, school break, and summer programs.
A 100% refund, will be issued to any families cancelling activities, up to two weeks before the program begins.
Due to the limited space availability refunds after the first day of a summer, or school break program, will be issued in prorated tuition credit.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are computed from the date written notice is received. Please allow two to three weeks for processed refunds to return to the payment method.
Summer Program Change Policy
The following applies in the event your child would like to change his or her summer program week:
After School and School Break Program Make-up Policy
If student is absent, the after school, or school break program may be made up by attending any regularly scheduled workshop. The make-up class must be scheduled with administrative staff by emailing [email protected]. Make-up classes are based on space availability. Make-up classes must be completed during the current school year. It is the responsibility of the parent to schedule make-up classes. Monetary reimbursements are not applicable for classes not made up.

Summer Program Change Policy
The following applies in the event your child would like to change his or her summer program week:
- All summer program changes are based on space availability.
- A child can switch out of a summer program and into another week before the 2nd class that he/she is enrolled in.
- If a child is absent and cannot attend a day of their scheduled summer program, due to the limited space the program can not be refunded or prorated.
After School and School Break Program Make-up Policy

- Membership benefits do not accrue or rollover. Benefits are for active monthly members.
- Need to be an active paying member at time of program registration.
- Need to be an active paying member. Reservation in advance is required to enjoy FREE Date Night child care. Cancellation or reservation can be accepted through email or phone call within 24 hours of time of reservation.
