4/24 Coding With Minecraft & Minecraft Tournament
Full day hours: 8:30am - 6pm
Part day hours: 8:30am - 3pm
Half day hours: 8:30am - 1pm, 1pm - 6pm
Turn Minecraft into a coding adventure. Participants will take their love for Minecraft to the next level. Using the learning tool MinecraftEDU to explore the coding language LUA and create advanced in-game buildings and structures all by using code. Design buildings with trap doors, create mazes and set challenges for other players. After creating their amazing structures using LUA, students will have an opportunity to battle in Minecraft.
This program day is divided into two fun-filled parts. The first half of the day is dedicated to exploring coding in Minecraft. The second half, from 2pm - 6pm, participants will compete in multiplayer worlds and challenge one another in player vs. player, archery, and Spleefing worlds.
