Monday's January 6 - February 24 (6 days)
Using food to learn science, participants will learn the different uses of flour and the different types of food that can come from it. They will learn the science behind yeast, flour with an opportunity to bake bread and make pizza. During this week, students will make ice cream with CO₂, learn to prep a perfect salad and create edible balloons. We will also go to our community garden to study botany and composting.
